Our own staff are extremely important to us.
We train our staff not just to be HR specialists but to understand how businesses work and operate. For example, they understand the commercial realities of running a business, and the difference between a balance sheet and a P and L. So you can be confident you are dealing with a smart business person as well as an HR professional.
All of our staff are highly qualified, holding post graduate qualifications in HR, and have either acquired or are in the process of acquiring accreditation with numerous behavioural profiling and qualifying tools.

Leisa joined the People Dynamics team as an Administration Assistant in October 2012 when she made the move to Melbourne from Auckland, New Zealand. In February 2013 she moved into a HR Assistant role, and then became the HR Coordinator as of January 2014. Leisa has gained extensive knowledge and skills as a HR professional from her previous roles at People Dynamics, and as a result is now a Junior HR Specialist.
Leisa completed a Bachelor of Communication Studies majoring in Creative Industries at AUT University in Auckland, New Zealand. Since moving to Melbourne, she has also completed her Graduate Certificate in HR at Swinburne University in January 2014.
Leisa has also immersed herself in the Melbourne sporting culture. She has developed a love for footy, following the Geelong Cats. She also enjoys watching the rugby, and whilst she has grown to love the Melbourne Storm she can’t help but still support the All Blacks when they play the Wallabies! Leisa also loves to ski and snowboard, and has travelled to Canada for their Ski season.
