industry sectors. Some of our clients are family businesses, others are run
by career managers or are subsidiaries of overseas companies.

us for a variety of reasons. Rapid growth, industry change,
compliance needs, changing workforce expectations and a desire
to continue to be successful are just some of these.
We realise not all companies have the same needs. That is
why we take the time to understand your business; the way
it operates and the people you have. We then tailor our program
to suit your business, ensuring systems such as your quality
system are taken into account.
For some of our clients, we understand you don't want to lose the informal, friendly and family culture that you have worked hard to create. Our processes and systems are designed to work with your culture, not against it. Our manuals aren't thick and they don't sit on the shelves gathering dust. They are simple, user friendly, proven and sound.
All of our processes are designed to be used without needing
an HR Manager or Department and allow Managers and Supervisors
to take direct responsibility for their own people. However,
some of our clients have HR managers on site and we have formed
good relationships with them. Internally, they become our drivers
of the system.
