Unlike traditional job descriptions (often many pages) our Job Outcome Definitions (JODs™) are unique documents that define individual roles and responsibilities and focus on job outcomes rather than tasks. Measurable, mutually agreed targets are then aligned with company goals allowing management to monitor achievement.

The result is individuals who understand their role and its importance within the business. This involvement boosts morale, teamwork, productivity and most importantly profit.

JODs™ are central to all aspects of managing people and are therefore a core component of the RIT-AIR® program linking with the six areas of Recruitment, Induction, Training, Appraisals, Incentives and Retention.
