Anyone who has met Laura knows how much she loves what she does!! With a real passion for helping owners and managers of businesses achieve the results they want from their business, you will find Laura providing strategic advice and support on people issues across the business. You might be a large subsidiary of an international company, a small start up or government department. Whatever size you are, Laura can provide with the support and advice you need.

Out of a strategic management and organisational background, Laura started professional life at P.A.C.E Corporation, specialising in small to medium sized strategic business solutions. She then formed People Dynamics in 2002, taking over as sole director in 2006, and has taken People Dynamics to where it is now.

When Laura is not helping private clients, her engagements and invitations to speak at conferences and seminars have seen Laura talk to groups around the country. These have included AIM (Australian Institute of Management), local councils (Monash and Wyndham City Council), The Executive Connection (TEC), Greater Western Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Victoria and Swinburne Universities, and Industry groups such the Australian Manufacturing Institute of Technology. Topics have included generational differences, recruitment and retention, how to run your business successfully from the HR side of things and how to give effective feedback.

Laura loves the outdoors, including sailing, hiking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Shannon Jones, HR Consultant BA, Monash University Grad. Dip. Business (Human Resource Management), Swinburne University Currently completing MA Business (Human Resource Management), Swinburne University Interpreter, The McQuaig Institute of Executive Development Ltd     Days: Monday to Thursday

Shannon joined People Dynamics in July 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Certificate of Business (Human Resource Management). Shannon is currently a student of Swinburne University completing a Masters of Business (Human Resource Management).

Shannon brings with her a sound knowledge of the small business environment, having worked in family business for several years.

In her spare time, Shannon enjoys directing and producing amateur theatre.

Emma Zhao, HR Assistant BA, Melbourne University Interpreter, The McQuaig Institute of Executive Development Ltd     Days: Monday, Thursday and Friday

Emma joined People Dynamics in March 2008 as Laura's Personal Assistant, and is now an invaluable member of the HR team, working as an HR Assistant.

Emma holds Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology and Politics). She is currently completing her postgraduate studies in Psychology.

Jess Watson, HR Assistant BA, Monash University Interpreter, The McQuaig Institute of Executive Development Ltd Days: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Jess joined the People Dynamics team in June 2009, working as an HR assistant and specialising in recruitment. Jess completed her Bachelor of Arts in 2008, with majors in Psychology and Sociology.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing netball and going to the gym.
