Goodbye Carolyn
After 4 years as Director of People Dynamics, Carolyn is leaving us to pursue new business opportunities. Carolyn has been a wonderful Director and colleague and we wish her all the very best for her future endeavours and for a well-earned holiday.
Laura has taken over as our new Director. Having been with People Dynamics as senior Consultant since the very beginning, Laura is familiar with all aspects of the business. Laura looks forward to continuing to work closely with all our clients in her new role. We thank everyone for your continued support.
Succession Planning Workshop
Thank you to all those who attended our seminar, Understanding Succession Planning, in November. The workshop covered all aspects of Succession Planning from starting up a business to the final handover. In addition to Laura and Carolyn’s presentations, Geoff Watson (Wollermann & Associates), Brian Jones (Ahead for Business) and Alan Rosendorff (Rosendorff Lawyers) also presented specialist talks on some of the financial and legal sides of Succession Planning.
Feedback from attendees listed the interactivity and variety of the workshop as being the highlights of the workshop. Participants enjoyed the break-down of the workshop into subtopics, which was more enjoyable than a single block or session. The day was a great success and we look forward to many more in the future.
