The Importance of Clear Vision and Values
Having a clear vision and values is an integral part of helping both clients and staff understand exactly what a business stands for. Values are a means of precisely articulating what a company is all about: a reference which will provide clients with an instant overview and impression and staff with clear standards and expectations.
Value statements often take a backseat after their initial formation. However, revising, refreshing and promoting them will provide a source of motivation and a sense of direction for clients, staff members and the business overall. They are essential in promoting and maintaining culture.
