We offer an end to end recruitment service, starting with your initial brief, from which we draft advertisements, and conduct screening, interviewing, and thorough testing and behavioural profiling of candidates. We also present shortlisted candidates for interview with you, the client (which we write appropriate questions for, and facilitate in person with you), and conduct reference checking on final candidates.
Screening Assistance
To lighten your workload, we can also assist in purely the administrative side of recruitment, particularly the screening of resumes; an often frustrating and time consuming exercise if you are not sure what to look for. We then provide you with a shortlist of suitable candidates for you to interview and assess. right introduction pays off. Our Induction processes are designed
to allow you to effectively welcome people into your company.
This includes being made aware of company policies, including
